Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

I had a missing filling for a long while. They set up an appointment and filled my cavity to perfection. I know it’s been only because I waited so long. BUT, the β€œfit” is amazing. My bite is perfect. Would definitely recommend.

I had a bad outcome with the Greensboro location and decided to send my young adult child to this location. The outcome was the same. Mismanaging dental insurance.! When you call to make appointment. You give them your insurance information to be ran before the appointment..Before..! What Dental Works is doing, instead of calling to verify insurance before the client appointment date..They just run ALL X-rays including Panoramic X-rays without checking to see if you had them done within the 3-5 year allowance period..And when the insurance company tell them it’s been done already they won’t cover it..Dental Works will charge you for it..It’s something that could have been prevented..If insurance filing was handled properly…It is a scam $$$

All the staff from front desk to the dental hygienists were all professional & answered all my questions. I had been through a difficult time. On 03/02, I was able to obtain my own apartment for first time in 3 yrs. I was a battered woman. The staff their at Dental Works lifted my spirits as they validated I was much better than last time they saw me. Thank you all for caring & expressing empathy. I sincerely thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently went in for a dental situation, and the experience was excellent. The team was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process. They listened to my concern, reviewed the options, and made sure they understood the plan I chose moving forward. I appreciated how patient and thorough they were, giving clear instructions and making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Based on the interactions and experience, I feel confident moving forward with their care.

Staff is incredibly friendly-I've been greeted by name when I come in and my appointments so far have been prompt. My xrays were comfortable - not like biting down on glass shards, that was a nice touch. Appreciate you all!
